NO. 80 OF 1995: SALE AND SERVICE MATTERS AMENDMENT ACT, 1995
It is hereby notified that the President has assented to the following Act which is hereby published for general information:-

ACT
To amend the Sale and Service Matters Act, 1964, so as to make provision for the assignment of certain functions and powers to a competent authority within the jurisdiction of the government of a province; and to provide for matters connected therewith.

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:- Insertion of section 2A in Act 25 of 1964 1. The following section is hereby inserted in the Sale and Service Matters Act, 1964, after section 2:
"Assignment of functions and powers by Minister

Short title
2. This Act shall be called the Sale and Service Matters Amendment Act, 1995.
